THE ARLHS WORLD LIST OF LIGHTS (WLOL)

The ARLHS WLOL is the internet's most complete listing of every known light beacon in the world capable of supporting a ham radio station. With over 15,000 entries, the list is unique and has become the de facto standard to which all others are compared. Many entries have accompanying photos, Lat/Lon coordinates, driving instructions, maps, and other details, including the maidenhead gridsquare and IOTA references. If perhaps you have a new entry for the list, let us know. Click on the "Submit a New Light" tab at the left to send an application to the WLOL Committee for consideration.

INTERNATIONAL LIGHTHOUSE-LIGHTSHIP WEEK (ILLW) ORGANIZATION

The ILLW is dedicated to preserving the memory of light beacons and their keepers throughout history. The ILLW, along with other organizations, sponsors the annual August week of operating from lights around the world. Membership in the ILLW Organization is free to everyone anywhere in the world.
